#UBERSTRIKE

On 28th September 2021, the ADCU staged a 24 hour national strike against Uber and held simultaneous demos in 8 UK cities - London, Birmingham, Manchester, Nottingham, Bristol, Sheffield, Leeds and Glasgow.

The ADCU demanded that Uber end fixed pricing and pay drivers £2 per mile and lower their commission to 15%, that Uber end unfair dismissals and compensate lost earnings following false allegations, and that Uber complies in full with the Supreme Court ruling and pay drivers for all online working time.
