How much are you really paid?

According to the Supreme Court in the Uber v Aslam case, Private Hire Workers are entitled to at least minimum wage and Holiday Pay. Find out if you are being under paid:

Current Minimum Wage: £12.21/hour

Calculate Your Real Hourly Rate

1. How much did you make last week from Private Hire work on Uber?

2. How much did you pay for your expenses? (Petrol, Insurance, Car payments, etc.)

3. How many hours were you active in the Uber APP INCLUDING waiting time?

Example Calculation:

Earnings: £1,000

Expenses: £300

Hours: 40 hours

Calculation: (£1,000 - £300) ÷ 40 = £17.50/hour

Even if the result is above minimum wage, you may still be underpaid due to waiting time not being properly compensated.
