The National Executive Committee is the ADCU's governing body and is responsible for for the day to day running of the union, setting policy and deciding what actions the union should take on important issues. The NEC is composed of five executive office bearer positions as well as the branch Chairs and Vice Chairs from London, Birmingham, Northampton, Nottingham and Glasgow.
The union's governance is also supported by several local organisers and representatives, however these positions do not form a part of the National Executive Committee.
