ADCU, the union that beat Uber in the Supreme Court, is now working with the legal firm Dallas McMillan to represent our members at the Employment Tribunal against BOLT in seeking worker status for all BOLT drivers.
Being classified with worker status will mean BOLT drivers will be entitled to:
~ National minimum mage,
~ Statutory minimum level of paid holiday,
~ Protection against deductions from pay,
~ Protection against discrimination,
~ Protection when "whistleblowing".
Claims for backdated unpaid holiday pay and minimum wage will also be sought.
ADCU, using the collective bargaining power of our union, has negotiated the following deal with Dallas McMillan, which is excusive to ADCU members only:
